do when you know that you want to book a cottage is to get your
particulars (name, phone number, scheduled arrival/departure, etc..)
and then get a credit card #, which we bill a $100 deposit to your
total bill to guarantee the reservation ($200 for large cottage).
Holidays will require a $300 deposit. We have a 7 day cancellation
policy, which refunds the deposit Credit Cards are accepted. All Rates are Subject to Applicable Tax. All Rates are Subject to Change without Notice. POLICIES Small pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed outside the cottages only. Check-in 3PM Check-out 11AM MAP

Amenities -
Pier: We have the longest/newest/safest pier on Little Bay and
it is designed with rails on both sides with 2 X 2 spindles, 4 inches
apart all the way down for safety. It has underwater green lights on
the end for fishing and walk lights for safety. Pool:
Our swimming pool is THE hotel pool in the city and has areas for all
ages to enjoy. It has waterfalls, a swim up bar area with tables and
stools in the water and an island with trees in the middle. It also has
a cabana with bathroom, wet bar and cable TV so you can watch the game
around the pool. Play Area: We have a play area in the
back with a basketball court and a tether ball area for the kids to
enjoy.
Pet policy - We do accept pets and our policy is
that you must bring a kennel that the pets stay in when you are not
there (I know that you take them with you everywhere, but you still need
the kennel) Our insurance requires that we have access to the rooms at
all times and we are more afraid that the pet might get out. We charge
$10/day for each pet. We also require a pet deposit of $50 CASH at time
of check-in ($100 when there is two or more) Housekeeping will inspect
your room at time of departure and will handle any issues at that
time. If everything is fine, you will receive your deposit back minus
the daily charge
Activities - The
complex has been designed with the family vacation in mind especially
young kids and I can tell you that with the pier, pool, basketball court
and Tether Ball court, if you have any kids, they will have a great
time! Little Bay is also really great for kayaking. You can see
the Rockport beach from the cottages and it was the first "Blue Wave
Beach" in Texas. The Lighthouse Trails Park, which is a kayak only park
is 20 minutes away, the Aransas Wildlife Refuge is 30 min away and Port
Aransas with it's Gulf beaches is 35 min away. There is a lot for the
you to do here in Rockport in the form of shopping as we have quite the
artist community here and there are little boutique shops downtown,
which is 2 min away. The restaurants are good and there are a few
exceptional. But most people come for the water, boating, fishing,
crabbing, birding, kayaking and just relaxing around the pool.
Accommodations - Our
regular cottages are one large room and are designed to easily handle
four people with two queen beds or one queen bed and a sleeper couch.
We accept a family of up to five in a cottage if at least one of the
five is 12 years old or younger. Anything beyond five in the cottages
doesn't allow for a great experience due to the crowding. However, we
also have two large cottages that will accommodate up to seven
people. The large cottages have a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds, a
living room with a sleeper couch, a dining and kitchen area and one has
a bonus room with bunk beds.
What to Bring - Our
cottages are fully stocked with all your pots and pans, dishes,
utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator.
We have 8-10 BBQ pits on site and every cottage has a private patio. We
have a super HEB grocery store, which is open till midnight just four
blocks away and the Super Walmart,which is two blocks away is open
24/7. We have tried to think of everything so you can take off from
home at a moment's notice and travel light. We suggest that you bring
some large beach towels for the pool and fishing gear for the pier.
Directions - We are
located at 1801 Broadway in Rockport (not to be confused with
Broadway St. in Fulton)
From Houston:
-Take 59 south to Victoria
-Take 77 south at Victoria (59 continues on to Laredo)
-Take 77 south to FM 239 exit (approx 12 to 15 mi south of Victoria)
-Take 239 south to Tivoli (left under the underpass)
-Take 239 south till it ends at 35 (approx 10 mi)
-Take 35 south (turn right) to Rockport (approx 35 mi)
-Once in Rockport, take 35 to the intersection of Traylor St. and 35
(IBC bank and movie theater at corner)
-Turn left on Traylor (east towards the water).
-Traylor ends at Fulton Beach Rd (approx 2 blks).
-Turn right on Fulton Beach Rd.
-Go two blks and Circle K (convenience store) will be on your left.
-Stay to your right at the Circle K (do not turn left - Key Allegro
Island entrance is to the left) and continue on Fulton Beach Rd
-You will go over a bridge and Little Bay will be on your left. (this
is where Fulton Beach Rd becomes Broadway)
-We are at 1801 Broadway, the last cottages on the right (used to be
Sandra Bay Cottages)
-We are the colorful cottages with the big pool and new pier (corner
of Picton and Broadway)
From San Antonio:
-Take I37 south to Mathis (takes approx 2 hours from south San
Antonio)
-Take 188 east (left) just south of Mathis - (I37 continues on to
Corpus)
-Take 188 to Sinton (approx 30 min)
-Stay on 188 all the way through Sinton (approx 10 min)
-Just south of Sinton, you will see the Rockport sign
- Take 188 south (turn left) to Rockport (approx 30 min)
- Take 188 until it ends at Business 35 (you will go
under the overpass of Bypass 35)
- Once 188 ends, turn left onto Bus 35 and drive north to Rockport
(approx 10 min)
- Once in Rockport, you will stay on Bus 35 and go through the
intersection of Market
St. and Bus 35 (Camper Clinic RV on corner)
- Go through the light and stay on Bus 35, which will take a slow
"S" turn through town
- You will pass Bracht Lumber,
Value Bank and the old HEB store
- At this point, you should see the water in front of you (unless it
is night time).
- The water in front of you is Little Bay. Here, Bus 35 will turn
to the left.
- You will see the McDonalds in front of you on your right
- At the McDonalds, Bus 35 continues to the left and Broadway is on
the right along the
water
- Turn right on to Broadway and stay along the water for approx 2
blks.
- We are at 1801 Broadway, the first cottages on the left (used to
be Sandra Bay
Cottages)
- We are the colorful cottages with the big pool and new pier
